They won't change to use Roberts Rules of Order for the convention. It has been suggested before and voted down each time, because it would lead to chaos. You'd basically have a situation where any delegate could shut down the convention.
Seems now we have a situation when any elitist running the convention can shut down the convention and insert new candidates..
My problem is now you have the standing Rules, the Temporary Rules, the Suspension of the Rules, new rules injected, and regardless it all circles back to the Establishment’s will for certain outcomes— they who get to run rough shod over the whole joint, until the hotel reservations run out.
As for Roberts Rules, who voted them down? The committee, or the people serving as delegates?
