It’s not even so much about the rules as is it about the stuff they are pulling with the delegates; wrong numbers on ballot names, same numbers for a ballot name, lack of ballot numbers for delegates who was confirmed, no ballots for a confirmed delegate, a person walking around with extra ballots, a woman who was looking for her ballot for the vote found the woman who had her ballot after the vote.

Replacing all the committee folks with all Cruz folks, gal does her speech, she is for Trump, had most political experience only to be voted down in preference to a 18 yr kid with no experience who was a Cruz voter.
