Yeah I never liked watching him do his radio thing. But I did enjoy his TV show—that was a hoot.
Rush has not attacked Trump nor Cruz...he will support whichever is standing. Personally I think he prefers Cruz. But then if you only want to listen to someone that shares your support of Trump try out Hannity. He really goes to bat for Trump. But wait that would destroy that whole he needs to appeal to sponsors BS you used against Rush.

I have listened to Rush for 27 years and I have no trouble figuring out who he supports in this election. The problem I have is, I have never seen him as brusque with any liberal caller as he has been with Trump supporters over the last couple weeks. He has ridiculed Trumpsters not merely by what he has said to them but by his hand waving and facial expressions.
I will not dump Rush over this but I am disappointed in him because he would have gladly supported Rubio over either of these guys. Rush has not put himself in the same position as have Levin and Beck who in no way can unite behind a republican other than Cruz.
Just listening to a woman caller trip Rush up on the issue of Rules. She will still love Rush but he is just wrong on the issue. Can't handle her at all, she is killing him wit kindness.
I don’t watch the ditto cam so I’m not sure how I’d take that part of it. But listening only I think he’s going out of his way to be kind to each candidate. I do think he prefers Cruz, but he will support Trump as well.
But to be fair SOME Trump supporters are a bit insane at times and can’t reason with logic.
He has repeatedly said that in the end job one is to defeat Liberalism. As one of three talking heads, he is the only one that could credibly support Trump.
