Over 60,000 republicans voted for delegates in the caucus.

This is really deceptive, since this is referring to the "60 thousand," supposedly, who only did one thing: send delegates, with each campaign having their own slate of people out of it. This was followed up by a "vote" by 3K+ people, listening to 10 second micro-speeches, over who would be official delegates for the state.

By claiming that this was a "60 thousand" strong "caucus," meaning people voting for Cruz or Trump, is either representative of extreme ignorance about the process, or is simply a deliberate deception in order to pretend that there is some semblance of democracy going on here.
