My vote: Don’t waterboard, don’t catch-and-release, don’t hold a trial. Just shoot them on sight, shoot them in their safe house, or shoot/bomb them on the battlefield the rare times when they face soldiers instead of fighting pregnant women. Kill them all, but don’t bother with detention, torture or even questioning.
