Nope, it’s not as bad, our system in PA is the voters pick the statewide winner, and we also vote for our district’s delegate on the same ballot. Most of them already have pledged to vote the way their district voted when they get to the first ballot.

So with Trump leading in PA, he will get the large majority of the 54 unbound, even if they aren’t technically bound. They also know there would be hell to pay if they went against their voters here in Northeast PA.
