Did anyone ever find out how breach of contract lawsuits would come down on these phonies?
My guess is the lawsuits will be filed - towards the end of the prescriptive period, after the media is no longer terribly interested. Since these performers arrange tours through corporate middle-men, the lawsuits may go virtually unnoticed in terms of the names involved.
