In ten days, April 26th, if calculations are correct, it will be mathematically impossible for Cruz to win.
thegatewaypundit.com reports: As we noted on the 2nd, Even if Cruz wins a third of the delegates in Rhode Island or Connecticut or any of these states, it will not be enough to keep him mathematically in the race.
Now it looks like Cruz will not only be mathematically eliminated from obtaining enough delegates to win the election outright by April 26th, he may also have fallen to third place in the polls by the end of April, too.
Based on current conservative estimates, come April 26th, Cruz will need 657 delegates to win the election but only 585 will be left leaving him mathematically out of the race.
Trump will only need 279 delegates or less than 50% of the delegates remaining to win the nomination.
And according to our conservative estimates Trump should gain 1237 delegates by June 7th making him the Republican nominee.

Lying Ted’s establishment Cruzade has nothing to do with winning over voters since he’s rejected in actual elections by staggering #’s... Just wait and see what the next few weeks are like.
Cruzlims, which now includes the GOPe just want to steal it.
And here I thought you were just funnin’ us...
You mean like the SEC where Cruz was schlonged as well? Let’s face it the guy is losing badly. If anybody except Trump was the front runner the party would already have kicked Luz and Kasich out and declared a winner.
Cruz told his constituents he would fight Obamacare, and he went to the Senate floor to do so. If Senate Republicans had backed him instead of most of them worrying about their next election, the Democrat Senate and Obama could’ve been hammered for what they are, the type to shut down war memorials and national parks but to keep government areas accessible to perverts who wanted to make speeches. As it was, they only got lightly tapped.
When a party is in the minority, filibustering is about all it has in a world of visuals-beat-substance. Cruz took a huge risk and now is even mocked by some conservatives because he wasn’t able to stop Obamacare through legislation.
I don’t ascribe to the philosophy of not winning means it wasn’t worth the fight.
Cruz and others did not just say they would “fight” Obamacare,
they said they would repeal it.
That was a lie. Grandstanding. Chest pounding.
Maybe lies float your boat. Lies don’t do much for me.
