Indiana like Michigan delegates vote are determined by the plurality will of the people. Early (state committee chair) says people are excited. Bumper stickers etc in great demand.
A two term AG is running for the empty 9th district and expect IN to join in with the Trump momentum. Especially if SCOTUS rules four days before election to open the DC Madam files.
