I guess dropping the driver escape hatch & cutting a hole in the driver seat would work. That’s for M48’s & M60’s, don’t know about Abrams.

Females in combat MOSs is totally messed up and it will not end well.
She’s going to be in the cupola of a tank giving fire commands.....sleeping in the mud...washing....urinating from the back of the tank..within view of the crew, platoon, troop.
There is no bottom hatch on the Abrams series tank. Any “liquids” end up in the hull. There is a pressure system to clear the bilges out through a side vent. Cleaning the turret and hull floors are hard work...
