I bet everything I had on starting a business, and it paid off very well. That probably put me on the same income level as this prodigy. The difference is I then lived on a comfortable but in no way extravagant budget instead of living a life that matched my income. If my business had crashed from its peak, I would have been fine. I could have retired seven years after founding my company. I actually did retire three years ago. Citigroup is finances and investments; this “prodigy” should have known better.

A close friend of mine chose a career in aviation and never looked back. Aviation is a tricky way to make a living, never mind a career. He went Air Force (VERY tough training) and flew Active and Reserves for 21 years. Retired from the AF and took jobs instructing and flying charter, did a little Part 135 flying. Because flying couldn't pay the bills after the AF, he took a series of low-to-medium paying meaningless but inoffensive non-flying jobs to pay the bills. Recently retired from aviation; says he never had any other career. Now living ok in retirement on SS, AF pension, and private company pension along with a part-time job writing. Says he never regretted it.
A career in crappy, low-paying jobs is what you get with a swelled "prodigy" head, lack of imagination, and no real goals. Enjoy mom's basement (until she dies, anyway). And stop whining.

I recently sold my house in San Francisco and am totally unable to rent here now, unless I spend that equity to do so. I was very excited when my boss said I could move away and work from home, I was not at all looking forward to looking for a job at 59 years old. I think my boss also realized at least here in the Bay Area with its rents its getting and will be more difficult to hire mid level workers.

She lives in Pennsylvania and supports Saunders. Probably just one of the many poor decisions she's made over the years that's led her to where she is now.

I don’t think America will be America in two election cycles. I barely recognize the nation today.
This one is for all the marbles and I think too much damage has been done.
But I still support Trump outta the field, no doubt.

The way I see it, we’re down by a touchdown with a second left on the clock. Trump is the Hail Mary Pass.

Pilots will go the same way as automated burger slop joints. They’re R&Ding automated jets, no pilots. In fact they’ve already developed and flown working models. Military will eventually go the same way, in a big way.

So bernie is the answer, a 70 year old white guy who’s first job was working for the government at 40 years of age and has been a street agitator for the last 39 of his 40. Yeah I got my chips on him

Every day a few more of us go on to that Tea Party in the sky, and a few more of Bernie’s supporters have a younger brother or sister turn 18. I’m afraid the tide runs strong against us.

If I had time to look, there is WAY more to this.
Right! They 'forgot' to mention her meth addiction, or some such!

That's still a better resume than Hillary's.

They discovered that telecommuting is feasible for many of their positions; so their workers are now telecommuters from Bangalore.

Yeah, the brainwashing in schools, TV, what passes for “music” these days, and even the liberal invasion of a lot of churches into “world government, peace in the Middle East” and “doctrines” that laugh at the Antichrist arising are birthing a world ripe for the Antichrist.
It will not be avoided. The Bible says let no man deceive you. I worked for a Christian organization that turned out such nonsense - they’ve pretty much gone belly-up. But others will take up the slack and some are leading the way on it. The wrong way, of course.
