Periscope is very handy when you need to video record something that the government doesn’t want anyone to see. If they take your phone it won’t matter because the video will already be ‘out there’ for the world to see.
Yeah. But I’ll bet the farm that Periscope has taken down any and all links to that rape.
At least I hope so. So in that respect - Periscope is no different than Facebook or YouTube or whoever.
