Delegates are earned by votes. Voters are disenfranchised when those delegates aren't required to be loyal to the candidate that won them.

The first ballot vote of a delegate is what is earned by votes. That is what Trump has won, that is what he gets.
This only matter when the voters do not give a majority to any one candidate. When that is the case some delegates MUST switch their votes. Do you not understand that?
