Secondly, I had been looking at this document all along. With some other helpful suggestions it is clear that (a) he was arrested and (b) he wasn’t processed i.e., booked. Now I ask myself why didn’t you in the first place seek this document out instead of giving a lot of meaningless posting and wasting everyone’s time. At least I had the inclination to not be persuaded by others opinion as to whether he was arrested or not. I looked at the police statement stating he was and then I went to the source document which confirms he was. Now you, the Trump team et. al. may disagree and state it wasn’t a valid arrest but that is entirely a different issue.

Again, a simple search would turn up an answer to this which is in the affirmative. And it does make sense. In fact, it’s giving the poor guy the benefit of the doubt and letting the prosecution kick it before they print and mug shot him:

Beginning to think that whole riot thing at his speech 2 or so months back was an orchestrated riot - but I might be channeling Oliver Stone there - or is it Roger Stone.
