What are you basing “a bunch” on .. if he doesn’t crack 20% he gets nothing. and ...

That is not true. If he gets less than 50% in the state he receives none of the 14 state delegates. There are 27 districts that award 3 delegates proportionally (or all if someone gets over 50%). This means some districts will award 2 to Trump 1 to Kasich 0 to Cruz, 1 to Trump 1 to Cruz and 1 to Kasich, 2 to Cruz 1 to Trump, 1 to Kasich, 3 to Trump 0 to Kasich and Cruz, etc...

I broke down the districts into 9 conservative, 9 moderate and 9 liberal. I said in the 9 liberal ones Trump will get 18, Cruz 4, Kasich 5. In the 9 moderate, Trump 15 Cruz 4 Kasich 8. In the most conservative Trump 12, Cruz 13, Kasich 2. Trump will probably get all of the 14 state delegates. My guess for New York is Trump 59, Cruz 21, Kasich 15.

You use terms like “a bunch” and “a ton” ... can you show us what these terms mean in real numbers???

I just showed you some. Here are some more...

California awards 10 winner take all delegates in the state and 159 in each of the districts. Let's go ahead and say Trump wins the state and gets the 10 delegates....big deal. Each of the 59 districts is a winner take all contest for 3 delegates. Cruz has his ground game together and is working ALL of the districts and concentrating on the ones he can squeak by with a 1% win.

Cruz will end up with at least 85 delegates in California. Mark my words.

The link that I provided to you before has all of this information.

Sorry, I was typing to quick...

"If he gets less than 50% 20% in the state he receives none..."

"Each of the 59 53 districts is a winner take all..."

“New York is Trump 59, Cruz 21, Kasich 15.”

I said in the 9 liberal ones Trump will get 18, Cruz 4, Kasich 5. In the 9 moderate, Trump 15 Cruz 4 Kasich 8. In the most conservative Trump 12, Cruz 13, Kasich 2. Your logic is actually backwards; Trump is killing it in across all districts, but if Cruz were to pick off a few, it would be in the more liberal districts. You’re trying to apply a southern state logic to NY state.

If a candidate gets 50% he gets all 3 delegates and a candidate must get 20% to get any. None of your figures are backed up by facts or the most recent polls. I guess I’m not adding in Cruz’s “magical delegate sauce”.

“If a candidate receives more than 50% or only 1 candidate receives 20% or more of the vote, that candidate receives all 3 delegates.”

“If a candidate receives more than 50% of the vote, that candidate receives all 14 delegates.”

For Cruz to get 21 delegates, that would mean Trump doesn’t get 50% statewide and doesn’t get 50% in 21 out of 27 districts. The polls do not show this scenario. I don’t see how you make the leap to 21 delegates.
