According to reporting from MSNBC’s Ayman Mohyeldin and CNN, Fox News host Megyn Kelly went to Trump Tower Wednesday morning and met withDonald Trump.
Two separate MSNBC employees tweeted out the report, which Mohyeldin himself is yet to weigh in on publicly.
Later, CNN’s Brian Stelter confirmed the report.

It is all about viewers for her and publicity for him. My guess is they are discussing an upcoming interview. Trump’s return to the Kelly File show, probably Monday night before the NY primary. This is Trump’s first attempt at improving his standing with women (which needs a lot of work). Has nothing to do with an apology or anything else - simply ratings for her and help with women for him.

This could be a brilliant move and one that moves the needle in his direction on the woman issue. A one hour, non confrontational special, would have Super Bowl-type ratings. A total win-win if the ground rules are set in stone.
