Groups caught up in the scandal say that is proof the targeting is continuing, and they want the IRS to expunge the information or, at the very least, to make sure it is never released. Obama administration officials insist they have stopped targeting but say the groups are at fault for following the misguided IRS requests

when ever the republican nominee gets into the white house that person needs to bring charges against anyone connected to the scandal that Obama neglects to pardon.

REVOKE THE PARDON or bring them up on new charges. Don’t play their game of pretending rulebreakers can escape by invoking “the rules” ,, make your own damn rules!

I agree with you on that a pardon should only be good as the political will of the people. If the president pardons someone unless congress advises and consents it should be reversible. unfortunately I don’t think that the constitution is written that way.

Then charge them with something else... if I was to rob a 7-11 I wouldn’t get charged with “just” robbery I’d have half a dozen charges against me including littering if I dropped any of the money... time for the DC crowd to live like the rest of us.
