If youve spent any time inside the conservative information bubble, among the things you know is that not only did Hillary Clinton commit all manner of nefarious crimes with relation to the emails she sent and received as Secretary of State, but she will be indicted for those crimes soon, and that indictment will throw the 2016 to the Republican presidential nominee. If you inhabit the world outside that bubble, you may know that the chances of such an indictment are infinitesimal.
But conservatives hold on to the possible indictment like a life raft amid swelling seas, the one tSo it was that when President Obama agreed to be interviewed by Fox News Sunday for yesterdays broadcast, host Chris Wallace had to get him to weigh in on the matter. Obamas answer was pretty much what you would have expected, but it was the panel discussion afterward that was most revealing. Heres how Obama answered Wallaces first question:
Ive got to be careful because, as you know, there have been investigations, there are hearings, Congress is looking at this. And I havent been sorting through each and every aspect of this.
Heres what I know: Hillary Clinton was an outstanding Secretary of State. She would never intentionally put America in any kind of jeopardy.
And what I also know, because I handle a lot of classified information, is that there are theres classified, and then theres classified. Theres stuff that is really top secret top secret, and theres stuff that is being presented to the president or the secretary of state, that you might not want on the transom, or going out over the wire, but is basically stuff that you could get in open source.

Agree.
That’s what we have decided. We now want to devote our time to preparing...wish freepers would run a discussion on this instead of wasting time on election stuff.
That’s exactly what we want. Lots of questions directed at Clinton. While Trump is dragging the skeletons out of Hillary’s closet, the media will be dragging the bones around for everyone to see.
Eventually you’ll see some comedian quip about a weekend with Hillary due to the death of her candidacy.
The media won’t direct a single question at Clinton that isn’t a softball, Trump or no Trump.
That’s the point. They haven’t been able to ignore Trump so far. What will change in the future? Do you truly believe they will ignore his accusations? What’s Hillary going to do? Sue?
The media following the script Hillary and now Obama has put out has thoroughly confused the public about the emails. The classification stuff puts people to sleep. Tax evasion, bribery, racketeering, and money laundering will get their attention. They already think she’s dishonest. Wait until they find out how crooked she really is.
Would the last American leaving Washington D.C. please bring the flag?
Pretty much, yeah. If they give them any attention it will be to "debunk" them, not unlike how Candy Crowley jumped into that 2012 debate and lied to save Obama from Romney.
Don't kid yourself. The media is reasonably accommodating to Trump right now because they always hold their full fire until after the nomination.
It's April 12 not April 1.
Carl Rove and George Will are Conservatives? Not in this universe. They are just two members of the Uniparty doing their part to destroy us.
News flash to the two of you: Nobody cares what you say. You are obsolete.

[[The FBI doesn’t spend millions and assign 150 agents to work a case with an “infinitesimal” chance of an indictment....]]
Exactly-
So far the media has accommodated Trump for over $350 million dollars of free publicity. Did you notice the uproar when Hillary tried to play the misogyny card on Trump and he countered with the Bubba sexual predator card?
We were treated to a review of Bubba’s sexual history and Hillary’s history of enabling. That hurt Hillary because the Sander’s millennials didn’t know that. That got spread far and wide to the generation that didn’t live through it. The same will happen with the racketeering.
You can also count on Sanders running as an independent due to not only running up a string of wins in states but also building the enthusiasm that’s hauling in more money than Hillary. I can’t imagine Sanders not asking questions about the Russian connection. That’s been building for over a week with no answers.
We have the same situation there. The media jumps on a juicy story of corruption and as they dissect the mess the Clinton name surfaces. If the internet didn’t exist the media might be able to save Clinton. Not now.
We’re going to have to agree to disagree and revisit this thread if and when Trump gets nominated.
It doesn’t matter if Trump gets nominated. Whatever happens to Hillary will happen before the convention when Sanders is in the race. The upcoming racketeering info will not only encourage Sanders but it will eventually push him into running as an independent. That’s assuming that Sanders, per his history, is still truly a commie at heart.
Hillary even if she gets nominated has lost the millennials, old white guys, and the younger women who see her for what she is. I don’t think the Democrats can find enough dead people and do enough vote fraud to elect her. Add to that Blacks aren’t going to come out for her like Obama.
I still don’t think she’ll make it to the convention.
Well of course. She's the president... almost... soon to be president. The deals for that have been made long ago, the GOP and DNC all agreed in backroom deals, just like they agreed to have Obama be the first black president. It's time for our first woman president, and so it shall be.
I mean come on... she was in office for 208 weeks, so she only committed on average 10 felonies per week (not counting the unknown number of emails she deleted). Who here doesn't accidentally commit ten felonies per week?
Anybody who has been half paying attention for the last 25 years knows that she won’t be indicted.
