http://therightscoop.com/drudge-report-pushing-old-story-from-august-to-rile-up-trump-supporters/

It’s not Cruz’s fault that Trump is a moron. Trump supporters who know the truth are willfully promoting the false narrative that the Colorado vote was rigged.

Might I say, with deference to Mr. Trump, that the GOP in Colorado is exercising ONE of SEVERAL WAYS to correctly hold a primary.
Cletus approves.

It's colloquially known as "All in the Family"

[The situation in Colorado as a “crooked deal.]

Will the majority of Colorado citizens even care that the Republican Party left them out of the voting process? NO

Sad, considering people die for the right to vote in other countries.

Smart politics for Trump. He wasn’t going to win Colorado but he can make Cruz pay a price. Americans love games but hate cheaters. Trump will get more delegates than he lost over this.

The “delegate fight” is a fundamental, part of the primary process - and Mr. Trump is just now setting up his organization. It’s his fault he’s losing the ground game, not Sen. Cruz who has been planning a nationwide primary for months.

Grow up Mr. Trump.

It’s not a crooked deal. It’s certainly undemocratic, but the Colorado rules were very well known long ago, and those insider rules were followed. Had Trump played by those rules, instead of ignoring the state, he could have done quite well.

Trump knew or should have known how Colorado assigns delegates, and he should have had his team there to make sure the outcome was as favorable to him as possible. As I’ve said several times before, Team Trump needs to study the rules for the remaining states - carefully - and make sure they are ready to win under the rules that they are playing under. That includes having pledged Trump delegates in the relevant states and having a full slate of delegates available where that matters.

Especially in PA and in the few other states where delegates are not bound at all, it means making sure the selected delegates are loyal to him. That is Trump’s responsibility, not something that a responsible person would leave to the insiders that Trump knows oppose him.

Cruz is the disposable vehicle the RNC will use to steamroller Trump and his supporters.

The democrats in their wildest dreams couldn’t come up with a better scheme to neutralize and critically wound the republican party than the path the RNC and GOP eleites have taken.

Incompetent Trump blames rules that have been in place since last year rather than admit his ground game sucks. Where else have I heard of a thin-skinned narcissist blaming other for his failures?

Apparently, Trump thought all he had to do is call people names, retweet lame memes and issue veiled threats to be the nominee.

It’s neither the fault of Cruz nor the GOP that that’s not the case.

Trump is right that what happened in Colorado stinks, though I'm less impressed with his complaints about what is happening in other states.

But the fact that he's getting outmaneuvered here is a bit of a red flag. He's been criticized for much of the campaign for lacking specifics, and the attitude among some was that was okay because they were confident he was pointing in the right direction. But what is happening in states is a good illustration of the reality of governance v. campaigning.

Governments don't govern via intentions, motives, attitudes, or whether or not their hearts are in the right place. They govern via hard, written law. And paying attention to the details, the objective, written law rather than the attitudes behind it, is of critical importance for a successful Presidency. Otherwise, you end up with a badly drafted law that results in all sorts of consequences nobody intended.

I don't expect any candidate to read personally every rule or every law. But I do think it critical that they understand the importance of written rules/laws, and make that a priority in terms of assigning sharp people to comprehend them. And Trump has just failed on that score.

Trump finally hiring Manafort is a good sign, but they're going to be playing a lot of catch-up, and it 's probably too late to undo a lot of the damage that has been done.

Being President is about more than just being able to rouse supporters with speeches.

I would call this “The Art of the Deal”. Trump simply was out played.

Trump blasts delegate fight as ‘crooked deal'

That simple message may well work for Trump. People are sick of all this lawyer trickery.

Gotta love these headlines...

Trump blasts..
Trumps cries...
Trump erupts...

How about leave the editorializing out and just write ‘Trump criticizes...’
