Double-tap to the head and a double-tap to the heart for these two sub-humans. Ammo is too expensive these days for four shots. I'd go with 12 gauge bird shot, since that's so cheap. Shoot them at close range - in the chest, the neck, the genitals, I don't care - and let them bleed to death. Wait a day and if they are still alive, give them a second shot.

“Cut” 12gauge shells are great also.
I’ve only heard of this though.
