Try Article II, Section I, Clause 5 for the constitutional rule. See posts 72, 81, 108, 121, 157 for additional details. He is ineligible. That in no way means of course that he will declared ineligible. After all the system has been corrupted, but that doesn't make you right or me wrong.

Oh and keep your snarky little know nothing opinions out of it.

One other thing: the issue isn’t his NBC status to begin with. The issue is did he commit administrative fraud by lying on the forms used to get on the ballot in NJ. Very different thing, that.
