Looks like manslaughter and assault with a deadly weapon, kiss your @$$ goodbye Mr Hummer.
In any case, I suppose there are bigger fish to fry.
Why is the most important issue of this sad incident omitted? What is the race of the shooter?
Instead of thinking about who to shoot, I removed items of value from our vehicle, overlooked the ambulance taking her and her sisters to the ER, exchanged info and insurance with the other party, negotiated with the wrecker to drop our vehicle in a parking lot for further recovery INSTEAD of a tow lot where we would have lost it to charges, on to the hospital and then home. Insurance has since paid handsomely (through negotiation) for our vehicle and will pay even more for health issues resulting from the wreck and life goes on.
When I tell all of you I have solutions to the problems of this nation, I mean it...but some just simply won't listen or believe.
Other stupid leadership has it all figured out. Have at it.
Oh, and P.S. - When the next incident of killing occurs in the name of Allah in this country, every mosque whose leadership AND members did not come out IMMEDIATELY and condemn publicly the killing would be rounded up and forcibly deported to some other country and the mosque razed to the ground. This warning would be given BEFORE such an incident occurred so the members would know the consequences beforehand. It’s not rocket science, all of this.
Nothing good ever happens at 2AM? Why not? It’s just early in the morning.

I was rear ended by an illegal with phony identity, who was driving a lawn service truck with bad brakes. The first thing I said to him (and the first thing you should just about always say to the other driver involved in a collision) was "Are you alright?" He said he had hurt his hand, and was in obvious pain. I asked if he wanted medical attention, and he declined. By the time the cops got there we were on friendly terms. There was a lot wrong with that scenario, but the poor bastard was trying to make the best out of his lot in life, lax immigration isn't his fault.
Remember, "Are you alright" and take it from there.
when my babies were little and I was up for a 2 am feeding, I used to think about all the other moms who were up doing the same thing, and the nurses in the hospitals who were on shift, and the people working at the airport or at truckstops.
A lot of good things happen at 2 am.

The peculiar thing is the other driver apparently started the thing by rear ending the Smith vehicle, pushing the Smith vehicle into the one in front of it. Had I done that, I’d have remained in my vehicle and withed for the police to come. No way I’d have gotten out of my vehicle to get into a possibly lethal confrontation.
2:00AM is when the local bars close and all action spills out on the streets.
