But how do we get Trump and Cruz to work together? Both are “soloists.”

As for Newt, he probably would not seriously seek the job now, but alongside Christie as AG, Fiorina at Commerce, Dr. Carson as Surgeon General, Walker at Interior, some “kick ass and take names” Warfigher (with serious active duty military experience in a combat arms command position) as SecDef, Jeb at HHS (or Secretary of Afternoon Naps), Rubio somewhere, maybe HEW, I would love to have Newt in a new position as “Secretary of Bright Ideas.”

Each day, Newt would bring POTUS three new great ideas, and POTUS would assign some “Jedi Knights” to implement them.

I think both Trump and Cruz care about America. I also believe both Trump and Cruz supporters care about America. An if you care about America then you will work together for the good of the country even if you don’t like each other. It is your duty to do so. I suspect both Trump and Cruz supporters know a lot about duty. If they do not come together for the good of America then we know at least one is in it for their ego.

I don’t know how this is going to end but it is going to be interesting no matter what.

I really loved that Secretary of Afternoon Naps bit. As an old coot I think we really need that as a cabinet level position. And we really need afternoon naps.
