Yeah, I've kind of had it with them too. If Trump didn't like the rules requiring 1237, or the fact that not all delegates were bound, or that delegates wouldn't have to vote for him after the first ballot, then he shouldn't have entered the GOP primary. He should have run as an independent right from the start if he didn't like the rules, or run under the banner of some other party.
And if all these people hate everything about the party, and will stay home if he doesn't win, and are convinced that Republicans in Congress are as bad as Democrats, then why did they bother?
Just saw data saying that the Senate outlook is looking worse and worse. Wonderful. If we lose the Senate, Garland gets confirmed anyway even if we manage to win the White House.
I'm sick of the immature foot-stamping of people who want the rules to do be something different than what they are. Neither one of these guys was my first choice, but I'm willing to play along if their the only two options left.
But this incessant "it's not fair!" whining, threats to take their ball and go home if they don't win -- completely sick of it.
Go, please. Vote Democratic, or create your own stupid little third party that will max out with about 16% of the vote, and win nothing in Congress either. Don't let the GOP door hit you where the good Lord split you.
John Boehner is that you?
Here is the map of Senators up for reelection. There are many more Republicans up for reelection then there are Dummycrats.
But primaries are suppose to be run in such a manner that the candidate who recognizes he cannot get that number drops out, he doesn't stay in just to block the front runner and hope that it ends up back at the convention!
Convention battles are for those primaries when two candidates are truly deadlocked, not for game playing to stop the frontrunner from getting the majority and then have the convention win it.
Cruz supporters can cry all they want about the 'rules' but we Trump supporters know the spirit behind the rules and we are not going to accept that kind of evil behavior.
If Trump hadn't run Cruz wouldn't have gone past the Texas primary.
Bush would have been the frontrunner and everyone would have gone after Cruz and knocked him out as unelectable.
Cruz is only around because the GOPe has no one else left.
When the Trump voters do go, enjoy what is left of the GOP, because it will be dead, with the GOPe firmly in control.

And go we will, Mr. Rove.
