Source: No 'coincidence' Romanian hacker Guccifer extradited amid Clinton probe
Fox News ^ | 4/8/16 | Catherine Herridge, Pamela K. Browne

Posted on 04/08/2016 11:22:50 AM PDT by Nachum

The extradition of Romanian hacker “Guccifer” to the U.S. at a critical point in the FBI’s criminal investigation of Hillary Clinton’s email use is “not a coincidence,” according to an intelligence source close to the case.

One of the notches on Guccifer’s cyber-crime belt was allegedly accessing the email account of Clinton confidant Sidney Blumenthal, one of Clinton’s most prolific advice-givers when she was secretary of state. It was through that hack that Clinton's use of a personal account -- clintonemail.com -- first came to light.

Former law enforcement and cyber security experts said the hacker, whose real name is Marcel Lehel Lazar, could – now that he’s in the U.S. – help the FBI make the case that Clinton’s email server was compromised by a third party, one that did not have the formal backing and resources of a foreign intelligence service such as that of Russia, China or Iran.

“Because of the proximity to Sidney Blumenthal and the activity involving Hillary’s emails, [the timing] seems to be something beyond curious,” said Ron Hosko, former assistant director of the FBI’s Criminal Investigative Division from 2012-2014.

On Tuesday, Lazar appeared in an Alexandria, Va., federal courtroom for his detention hearing, attended by Fox News. He faces a nine-count federal indictment on computer hacking charges and, according to both Romanian and U.S. officials, is expected to be in the country for 18 months.

“I don’t know but it’ll be a hoot if bambam gives the word to Lynch to indict.”

Yes it would, but I just wonder if Bernie isn’t a better fit for Obola’s continued destructionn of our country, what with Hillary being “wounded” and all?

Bill Clinton has been quite critical of Obama on the stump. Does Bill have a reason for his critical remarks?

From all appearances, Billy will be sooooooooooo relieved , happy, glad, elated, and — free, free, free at last! — when Hillary gets incarcerated. Yes indeed! You’ve nailed it.

The commie won’t be anointed. Hillary’s “issues” have to be trying someone’s patience. She can’t put the commie away and Trump is still on the loose.

I agree Guccifer’s arrival is curious. He’s already been indicted here. He’s here on the condition that he be returned to Romania. It says he goes back in 18 months. My guess is Sidney needs a lawyer other than his wife since the NSA is looking at him along with the FBI.

I’m looking forward to seeing Blumenthal frog marched. I’d watch for entertainment if it was on youtube. While they’re at it they should arrest the Podestas since they didn’t register as agents of the Russian government. Lots of people have their asses hanging out.

It could be a great spring and summer for pop corn aficionados.

This guy will spill his guts and then some for a deal....no loyalty to worry about here.

I'm sure that has been considered.

I think the reason they extradited him is to keep him from accessing/releasing any really incriminating documents.

Does Bill have a reason for his critical remarks?

Yes, he's trying to help Hillary win.

Obama is not concerned about anything Bill says about Obama because he's NOT RUNNING FOR ANY OFFICE.

I'm thinking it will be a great spring and summer for the folks who print presidential pardons. There's going to be a lot of overtime work available.

The only thing I'm not sure about is the cost of each pardon. Because money will be flowing from the Clinton Foundation to the Obama Foundation.

True. How many of them want to risk being extradited like Lazar was ?

How do we know if Lazar has been told that if any of his hacker buddies release anything, Lazar will never see the light of day again ?

Obongo is a narcissist. He is very concerned about his ego, and that will not go away because of being about to leave office. In some ways, it will intensify.

I don’t think they will use him against Hillary. They will just throw the books at him and blame him for the whole fiasco. Just like the only person that went to jail for the Benghazi fiasco was the filmmaker.

My hope is that either the extradited hacker

(1) has some juicy stuff hidden in the cloud and can confirm something important that Hillary & crew tried to remove from her hard-drive, so that he can collaborate FBI retrieved material, Hopefully it involves a clear bribe she asked for from a foreign government; or

(2) took some sensitive documents from Hillary and sold them to Russia, China, North Korea or Iran, which would document that Hillary did damage national security by her server scheme.

"I think the reason they extradited him is to keep him from accessing/releasing any really incriminating documents.'

maybe safer for him to be incarcerated here in the states?

the article did state that he had stored documents "on the cloud" that included benghazi.

this will be hard for the hildabeast to sluff off as VWRC attempt to sink her presidential campaign.

I hope he has a kevlar suit and a food taster..................>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>

That won’t be enough, the Clintons have enough money to hire the Russian hit machine that uses radioactive nerve agents......just a small particle inhaled and its doom on you.
