Other than that, I had no idea we had troops there. And unless you’re calling josphem20 a liar, then we have troops there and until you can show otherwise, there are no Russian troops in Cuba.

Whoa, cowboy. Looks like our disagreement is over the word, "stationed." I won't get into semantics, but I will observe that Russian troops are "stationed" on sovereign Ukrainian territory as well.

As for Cuba, only Obama knows . . . but we know that Russian naval vessels are welcome.

Apparently we have had people there for a year now. My son said it is a 6 month rotation training the Ukranians.
