If you consider calling Trump a Charlatan or referencing less desirable autocrats who have been given too much power in the last century "insulting", or interfering with the echochamber reverb "disrupting", I suppose you could say that. I guess it would be a real pain in the hindparts to those supplicants who were working on their harmonious chanting of the platitudes of the Great and Powerful Donald, not to mention the 'he can park his shoes under my bed any time' cadre.
