Yup. Easy to talk about infrastructure when the entire Establishment apparatus, media, and unlimited money is handed to you. This system isn’t meant for outsiders, Trump is doing as well as anyone could do.
No, he isn't. That's the whole problem. There are some positions he takes, such as on immigration, trade policy, etc., that are going to make some people angry. Too bad -- you can't let that take you off course.
But he has also said/done some things that have alienated some voters needlessly. He'd be doing better if he stayed away from that stuff, and began trying to give out a more "unify the party" positive message.
