Plead it to any court of competent jurisdiction, and as you’re being dismissed with prejudice, you’ll be lucky not to be charged costs for frivolous litigation. Even the learned and esteemed Dr. Orly Taitz probably won’t be able to save you.

Contrary to your snark I have not referred to Vattel, only to United States law and United States Supreme Court precedent.

Also, who would they sue? Not Cruz. he is not electing himself President. The only defendants would be the individual state electors, each one of them individually, or the President of the Senate, (Biden) for “receiving their votes,” or some weird Writ of Mandamus to prevent him from doing so.
