There have been in the past , and there will needs be again .
The question is ; do we institute this sort of ‘enlightened warrior leadership ‘ before , or after we see the smoking , nuked ruins of multiple American cities and are unable to even bury the remains of fallen millions ?

I say before . ASAP , and not a minute to lose .

You are correct imho, that the question is WHEN such a one could be raised. It certainly MUST be sooner rather than later!

America must not be lost. DeToquesville’s statement about America’s goodness clearly points out that the battle before us has at its root the spiritual battle between good and evil.

I am not an outer warrior, (definitely not a theologian!) - by God’s grace, I consciously enlisted many years ago to seek to fit myself to do spiritual battle. It is on that field that I expect that the many millions of Americans who DO believe in the rightness of our Founding, in the Goodness of our God, and His Justice, will in fact raise their voices in prayer and as promised, HE WILL ANSWER! IMHO America is a key in God’s plan, and if enough prayer warriors support her with their prayers, it will make a difference.

I had the thought a few days ago from a conversation with a neighbor who believes that America is not a factor in the battle described in Revelation because she is gone/destroyed that there may be other reasons. I am thinking it is also a possibility that she is not there prominently in Revelation because during the time described she is getting her own house in order - whatever that means.

But these are just thoughts. The bottom line to me, is that we have much about which to be hopeful. Abraham wrung from the Lord the concession (after some deal making!) that for the sake of the 10 Righteous, He would not destroy the city. With the elections since 2009 - especially the non-presidential election years, the people have come out in droves and voted overwhelmingly FOR the founding - for traditions to be preserved.

In my mind, this ACTION of our people is evidence that we can use in our advocacy before the altar to invoke that promise of Abraham, that for the sake of the 10, the city would not be destroyed. I think that in our elections, more than 10% acted properly with their votes. IMHO that alone indicates that our people are not truly willing to abandon that which has been given.

Have we lost our way? In many ways - yes. Are we irredeemable? I do not believe so. We have been attacked mercilessly by the Deceiver, and too many have been unprepared.

It will be a near thing, but I am seeking to hold the vision that we will be able to avoid the catastrophe you describe, and see the Lord rescue His people because WARRIORS of all kinds will do battle.

EVERY PRAYER COUNTS! No matter how small.

I apologize for the length of my maundering. You have certainly caused me to think!
