The way I read this was that Trump (or whoever leaded it) was repeating garbage. I don’t believe I ever saw Ted using the quote “utter lies”, but he may have.

The way I understood things up to now is that Sen. Cruz has never for the record flatly denied the Nat Enq story.

At this point - he should let sleeping dogs lie. The very fact that no evidence - WHATSOEVER - has been provided in support for the Cuban Mistress Crisis pretty much tells us all this was a crock of Obama from the get-go.

Ted Cruz has a history of lying. He lied to the people of Texas in 2012 when he failed to mention that he was still a Canadian citizen while running for the Senate. He lied about cashing in the family savings to run for the Senate when he actually got loans from GS and Citibank. He is still refusing to disclose the terms of those loans to the FEC. He lied when he said his family lost their health insurance because of Obamacare and had to later admit they did not. There is a youtube video out of Cruz lying about Trump 6 times in 4 minutes during a speech. Ted Cruz lies, a lot. Calling him Lyin’ Ted is not an inaccurate or unwarranted characterization.
