Many years ago, eight members of my team was doing a job in Indianapolis and one night we hit an all you can eat seafood Buffett. It wasn’t pretty. We told the host, when he put out a tray of seafood, to bring us our own tray because if we got up, no one will get food.
He didn’t listen, at first.
Me and some friends were at a seafood buffet at a ski resort. I think I ate 5-10 lbs of crab plus a few dozen shrimp. One of my friends actually went into the kitchen and suggested a better cooking technique to the chef.
One of our party got too full, went to her to vomit and came back for more. She won an honorable mention in the eating society contest.
