States and local jurisdictions give lip service to “religious liberty” for churches and religious organizations, but have just recently invented a new “qualifier” for them: the “ministerial exception.” In other words, if the position in the religious organization isn’t deem to be a pivotal “ministerial” position, which the state will determine, it is subject to all manner of mandates.
This is what happened to Fontbonne Academy in Marxistchusetts, where a Catholic school was barred from refusing to hire a homosexual cafeteria director who represented himself as “married.”
This is but an inroad that will undoubtedly be capitalized in the very near future.

This assertion - that such a turn of events is unlikely - ignores the clear intention of such precedents as the Oregon baker's case - where hundreds of thousands of dollars were demanded by an administrative "court" in reparation for a business owner's adherence to a clearly defined principle of their religion.
It is not unlikely that this situation occurs - it is merely improbable that a pastor's jailing will be the next trampling provided by the homosexual agenda's stampede.

It is exactly like Germany because they had the mass indoctrination system (Prussian “education”) like John Dewey forced into America. Group “think” creates stupid, irrational, “useful idiots” incapable of critical thought because they “know” nothing important. (All Christian concepts are erased—even the concept of mother and father). Children are totally brainwashed with no understanding of Truth/God or Reality. They believe whatever the State/Hitler states. (No individualism/self-reliance which is destroyed by the socialization/indoctrination system which embeds dependency and emasculates boys (followers only).
It is to remove little children from the Natural Family so all Common Sense and self-reliance can be destroyed and worldview “flipped”-—the artificial institutions can force any emotions/concepts in children like “snow is black” and Boys are Girls when they are removed from the mother/father (Natural Law/Science/Logic) paradigm.
It is why we used to understand how evil “working” mothers were——ones who abandoned their babies to “strangers” to shape and determine their worldview since he would be removed from biology/reality/nature and embed irrational, artificial reality which would embed only UNNATURAL desires and attitudes.
But-—people have been so dumbed down-—and programmed, that Evil is Good and the most dehumanizing, unnatural, filthy use of the body and other human beings is now “Good” and a Natural Right from God.
They destroyed the meaning of Words/Language-—in the public schools system and they program “group think” which is where emotions rule Reason always. We are destroying Western Civilization which was formed because of the Christian Worldview ONLY-—the only rational “faith” in the history of mankind—that which made Slavery, pederasty/homosexuality, polygamy, child sacrifice into “Evil”. It took a thousand years to flip the normal pagan behaviors-—to the Christian Morality-—which created the Age of Reason and Modern Science and the US Constitution-—most perfect, just, free system ever created.
Free Will and Individual Natural Rights from God is a purely Christian concept......socialism/communism, satanism-—all are collective ideologies where individuals can be killed and used in degrading, evil ways always. As Dostoevsky stated: Without God, everything is permissible.

In my church, you have to be a member of the church to be married in it. In order to be a member of my church you have to agree to the church’s constitution. One of those elements in that constitution is that you agree to is that a marriage is between one man and one woman. That point is reemphasized with scriptural passages.
Therefore, if two closet homos who were members of the church wanted to get married. Their membership to the church would be voided.
I imagine most churches have this in their constitutions.

Our pastor (in Oregon) saw this coming and gave up his license a year ago. He performs a Christian marriage ceremony and the couple gets their state validation at the court house.
What’s worse?
A(nother) *law* to ‘reinforce’ the 1st Amendment going down in flames?
The trampling of our 1st A. Rights by the same govt that will instituted to protect said Rights?
IOW, what’s MORE lawyer-speak going to do that the 1st did NOT, in LESS/plain English?
