F you! Go play with your candidate. Everyone else does Cruz. You might as well to.

Spoken like a true Trumpbot. You and your master aren't politically incorrect; you're just rude.

Now go gnaw on your Chinese grown Trump steak and wipe your filthy mouth with your Chinese made Trump tie.

Will not happen. Cruz prefers Obama over Trump in many categories.

Yeah, I know. A year ago on FR Cruz was applauded for is hard stands against McCon-job and Dirty Harry.

Cruz, Lee, and Sessions were what you might call the backbone of the Tea Party Conservatives ... and now he is a Liberal Establishment.

Has FR turned into Bizarro World. I don’t get it.

Isn’t the primaries the time you vote for whom every you want and then when they are over you close ranks and support the nominee? And now anyone who didn’t vote for Trump is is not planning to in the Primaries is a trader?

My issue is not really with Trump himself, but the rabid supporters. Berating other conservatives personally for not voting for Trump in the primaries isn’t a real good way of “getting them onboard” for the general is Trump is the nominee.

Hope that is a comfort when Trump goes down in a Mondalesque category defeat.

Wake up!

Lol. If my post was NOT answering your post to me. You may have a point. BUT, you Cruz folks act all innocent sending a nasty post to someone and then outraged when trump supporters answer back in the same manner. You guys are a hoot.

Why would anyone on their right minds support Sleazy tRump, the most rotten, corrupt, vulgar, nasty creepy candidate ever, who also happens to be even more liberal than Hilary Clinton and has made campaign contributions to And helped elect far left crazy stalwarts like Harry Reid, Nancy Pelosi, Dick Durban, Bill Deblasio and Andrew Cuomo amongst others?

For God's sake, a year ago FR praised Cruz for his conservative values and his one man stand against "establishment" bills up for vote in the Senate.

Yes, and now Ted Cruz has become part and parcel of that same Establishment: he's added Neil Bush to his finance team, and "secured" endorsements from Jeb Bush, Lindsay Graham, John McCain, Mitt Romney, and the whole GOPe crowd.

Ted Cruz has also fully adopted the GOPe character assassination tactics against Donald Trump, in an unprincipled bid to attain power by any means possible.

Ted Cruz has shamefully and disingenuously played the race card in a situation where he knew the accusation to be patently false, and he gave only lip service in rebuke to the criminal attacks by Leftist thugs who, with violence, succeeded in disrupting democratic GOP process, spending the lion's share of his tone-deaf statement trying to deflect blame onto Donald Trump, all at a moment which loudly called for statesmanship and a show of party solidarity.

Ted Cruz couldn't even categorically state that he's been faithful to his wife, instead resorting to lawyer-esque deflection and hiding behind the skirt of "Mama Carly".

At this point, Ted Cruz can't string 2 sentences together without deflecting blame for everything bad that happens to his campaign onto the catch-all boogeyman Donald Trump, even when evidence is either totally lacking or, in fact, contradictory.

<sarc>Aside from all that, Ted Cruz has of course been the veritable epitome of an anti-establishment candidate...</sarc>

You no longer trust Ted Cruz but you support the life long liberal, con man and douche bag from New York who made campaign contributions to and helped elect far left crazy stalwarts like Harry Reid, Nancy Pelosi, Dick Durban, Bill Deblasio amongst others? How does that even make sense? :-)

If Trump was out of the picture, nearly everyone here would be backing and supporting Cruz...

Cruzers once told us that Cruz would win in The Bible Belt.

As one local paper said, "Cruz has failed to pick up steam in the Bible Belt South, once believed to be his geographic stronghold and his most likely path to the nomination."
Donald Trump already carried the South because Southerners want common sense solutions to the real issues before us right now. The rest of the states going forward are not interested in a faux-pious little jack-faced mealy-mouthed jerk like Cruz.

Donald Trump provides solid solutions to the issues we currently face in 2016. All Cruz offers us is a lie, a whine, and a smirk.

Donald Trump will stop illegal immigration and build the wall at our border. He will deport Illegal aliens, place ICE agents with local Police Gang Task Forces, end birthright citizenship, stop sanctuary cities, and stop the Islamist threat to our sovereignty and security.

Donald Trump will demand the end to Obamacare, replacing it with workable insurance coverage from the private sector. This will include the elimination of state boundaries that have allowed Big Insurers to keep rates artificially high, the removal of the current requirements to provide excessive and ludicrous coverage for all, such as forcing men or women past childbearing age to have maternity coverage. Donald Trump has said Health Savings Accounts, that allow banking funds for future needs, can also provide better coverage for many others. Additionally he has proposed insurance coverage to cover Indigent care or impoverished care to greatly reduce the transferred costs the rest of society now pays.

Donald Trump will straighten out our economy, bring jobs back from overseas, implement an intelligent Tax Plan, simplify the tax code, end waste and corruption in government, end welfare abuse, renegotiate unlevel foreign trade policies to correct our trade imbalance and bring businesses and jobs back to America, in order to bring us a better quality of life.

Donald Trump will uphold and defend our Second Amendment, strengthen our Military, reform the VA and take care of our Veterans and bring American hegemony back to the world.

Donald Trump has built his huge and successful business by a faithful commitment to and consistent follow through of his promises.

Our President must be a fighter not a chatte inefficace (google can translate). Trump is the only candidate that will win and "Make America Great Again. "

And furthermore, Ted Cruz was born in Canada to a foreign born parent which makes him ineligible to be President of the United States! Can you get that through your head?

Ted Cruz was born in Canada to a foreign born parent which makes him ineligible to be President of the United States! Can you get that through your head?

It seems not one legal authority in this country has ruled in your favor...

Why hasn't Trump sued in court to prove it ? (Hint; even he knows he will lose)

Cruz will continue to run for POTUS with all the legal authority required

Can you get that through your head?

It has been said time and again that no court, not even the SCOTUS, has authority to judge the eligibility of a Presidential candidate. Only Congress can judge the eligibility of the President.

AMENDMENT XX

Passed by Congress March 2, 1932. Ratified January 23, 1933.

Note: Article I, section 4, of the Constitution was modified by section 2 of this amendment. In addition, a portion of the 12th amendment was superseded by section 3.

Section 3.
If, at the time fixed for the beginning of the term of the President, the President elect shall have died, the Vice President elect shall become President. If a President shall not have been chosen before the time fixed for the beginning of his term, or if the President elect shall have failed to qualify, then the Vice President elect shall act as President until a President shall have qualified; and the Congress may by law provide for the case wherein neither a President elect nor a Vice President elect shall have qualified, declaring who shall then act as President, or the manner in which one who is to act shall be selected, and such person shall act accordingly until a President or Vice President shall have qualified.

This paper goes into great depth and detail with all the footnotes in the world regarding the ineligibility of Ted Cruz. You cannot wish this problem away. I am not the only voter that is aware of the fraudulent Ted Cruz. Cruz is aware of it himself yet he is attempting to bluster his way through the theft of the Presidency.

You have to download it from SSRN Social Science Research Network.
You should know how to read dry research documents though. The Natural Born Citizen Clause as Originally Understood - Mary Brigid McManamon -Widener University Delaware Law School

http://papers.ssrn.com/sol3/papers.cfm?abstract_id=2444766

A horrific statutory precedent would be created by the election of Ted Cruz. Suppose Cruz is nominated and elected. A few years from now a Muslim man in Saudi Arabia heavily in the oil industry takes an American wife. They travel back to the middle east and a child is born. By your flawed view he is considered a Natural Born American. The child, raised by his father as violently anti-American but comes back here, runs a flawless campaign with lies and deceit and is elected. This candidate could not be stopped because of the precedent set by Cruz. According to their arcane rules, if a Islamic is leader of a country it must become an Islamic nation. The destruction of The USA is at hand, and it is your hand.

Seriously, I do not think it would get that far. The Democrat party would sue in Congress to nullify a Cruz election and it would be upheld. The GOPe would have no problem voting to stop Cruz in this way. At the last moment his NWO/CFR appeasement Vice Presidential nominee would become President. What evil webs we weave?

Yet, even before that, a Cruz nominee would face so many vehement attacks from Liberal Democrats through the campaign after the convention that the general election would be a fruitless joke.

I posted a summary and a link from the Tax Foundation that has more of a clue than you do. They examined Cruz's tax plan and analyzed it which is a lot more than you Trumper thumpers do.

Trump's tax plan is analyzed on the site, also. Trump intends to keep the progressive tax plan and the IRS. Now if that ain't establishment I don't know what is.

Seems a judge in Pennsylvania ( Judge Dan Pellegrini) and Illinois (Judge Maureen Ward Kirby) disagree with you...

I suggest you take it up with them...

I'm sure a nice long letter explaining your extensive legal background and constitutional law degree will have a lot of weight with them...

BTW, thanks for posting that information, I've only seen it about 10,000 times...

But it's nice to know you birthers are still pounding away on the issue...

Ted Cruz will not order his delegates serving on the Rules Committee to vote to open the convention to another name. He will want to keep this as a decision between he and Trump. It is his only chance to win.

That's provided Cruz didn't already sell out. And it looks to me like he did considering that GOPe is all on board with Cruz and helping him out.

Did the Tax Foundation include this in Cruz's deceptive votes?

Whoops! We forgot to include the VAT in the TPP http://thehill.com/blogs/congress-blog/economy-budget/245880-whoops-we-forgot-to-include-the-vat-in-the-tpp
