Please don't make stuff up or post stuff without verifying it. If you are going to claim that Trump said something, provide an actual reference that he said it. I have no idea who this Starnes guy is, but he is apparently the only source for this particular statement. Even a Google search only returns Starnes as the only source. If Trump had actually said such a thing, I would expect to see it from several unrelated sources, and maybe even a youtube video showing Trump saying that.
I do not believe for one second that Trump advocates a fascist government (fascism is the brand of socialism where businesses are privately owned, but are operated according to government mandates). And my observation of politics over the last couple of decades or so tells me that we need politician businessmen, not lawyers, in government.
Think about it. Trump doesn't need power, he already has a business empire and controls sums of money that most people cannot even comprehend. He's not running for president because of power--he's doing it because he sees the same decline in America that his supporters see, and he thinks he can reverse that decline. That is one of the reasons his campaign has so much support, among all groups.
I get that you support Cruz. But to people who are fed up with government as usual, not to mention frustrated with the establishment that seems to think the people exist for its benefit, and not the other way around--Cruz is just more of the same.
