A woman who causes her own abortion can currently be charged with practicing medicine without a license, IIRC. Right now it’s not about women having choices; it’s about “doctors” having a lucrative living off of lying to women and offering them deadly solutions at a time when many of them are not in their right mind and are easily influenced. Some women know what they’re doing and are too hard-hearted to care, but for many of them it’s mentally/emotionally about like a 12-year-old girl who gives in to the wishes of a 30-year-old man. That’s why we charge the 30-year-old and not the 12-year-old.
Rush has become an illogical, propaganda spewing mouthpiece for the GOP-e.
Noble is right. Trump has revealed the illogic of supposedly pro life politicians and organizations. A no consequence law would allow the woman to kill at whim.
And any appeal to 12 year Olds doesn’t acknowledge that the vast majority of the 60 million murdered babies were convenience killings.
God will judge. It’s a fearful thing to fall into the hands of the living God.
I can't say I've looked up the laws of all 50 states, but everywhere I'm familiar with, the crime of practicing medicine without a license requires that you practice on someone else.
