Investigators are recommending that a 15-year-old girl who was pepper sprayed at a Donald Trump rally be charged with disorderly conduct for punching a man in an altercation captured on video.
Police in Janesville are investigating the altercation outside the rally on Tuesday.
The girl told police the man groped her breast. But police said Thursday that they don't have evidence to support that allegation.
Another man wearing a red Trump hat pepper sprayed the girl moments after the punch.

Police Chief David Moore said Thursday that the man the girl punched doesn’t want to press assault charges. But his department has recommended juvenile authorities charge her with disorderly conduct.
The man who pepper sprayed the girl remains at large. Police Lt. Keith Lawver said investigators haven’t identified him.

She was 15? She looked at least 25 years old. In any case, this is good news.
Oh to heck with the charges. Just demand she show up on Thursdays for a good spraying for a year.
Something tells me that this was a staged event. The girl was wearing old oversized glasses, plus the guy who sprayed her was wearing a Trump cap, and the guy who got punched doesn’t want to press charges. What better way to attract the media and their “violence at Trump rallies” readers, such as Cruz and his athletic supporters.
That too! For humanitarian/Dawinian reasons.
Has Ted Cruz held a press conference denouncing Trump and blaming him personally for the pepper spraying of this poor innocent starving underprivileged 12 year old victim?
