If Cruz becomes president I will believe he and Beck have a direct line with God.

Mark’s guest:
-
Morton C. Blackwell (born November 16, 1939, La Jara, Colorado) is an American conservative political activist. He is president and founder of the Leadership Institute.
Blackwell was Barry Goldwater’s youngest elected delegate to the 1964 Republican National Convention in San Francisco, California. His Louisiana delegation was headed by gubernatorial candidate Charlton Lyons of Shreveport. In the spring of 1966, he worked for the election of the late Roderick Miller of Lafayette as only the third Republican member of the Louisiana House of Representatives since Reconstruction.

He was a national convention alternate delegate for Ronald W. Reagan in 1968 and 1976, and a Ronald Reagan delegate at the 1980 Republican National Convention. In 1980, he organized and oversaw the national youth effort for Reagan. From 1981 to 1984, Blackwell was a special assistant to President Reagan.

Blackwell is considered something of a specialist in matters relating to the rules of the Republican Party. He served on rules committees of the state Republican parties in Louisiana and Virginia. He serves now on the Standing Committee on Rules of the Republican National Committee and has attended every meeting of the RNC rules committees since 1972.

Next week Hewitt will start doing morning drive in Washington DC (at least we finally kick his sorry ass out of California)

He not only quotes the party line, I think he helps right it.

Today he is predicting that Cruz will be the nominee, which is something new. And he is strongly arguing for Kasich. Hewitt has been hoping for an open convention since January when it became obvious that none of the GOPe hacks could lock up 1237.

Another interesting Hewitt bit today is that in...Pennsylvania (I think)... there is a push by Cruz and the GOPe to select the delegates who will be “for” Trump... and on the first ballot they would disappear so that their first ballot votes would be missing, thereby denying Trump his 1237. This is the sort of criminal weasel behavior that the Trump people need to be aware of, because Hewitt isn’t blowing smoke when he says this stuff. He is connected to the people who run the Convention and he knows what the rules allow.

Is Mark Levin so totally ensconced in his bunker, so faint of heart, out of touch and timid that he doesn’t realize that if anyone had time, I don’t, to go to any pro Trump media person or pro Trump site - the same kinds of comments are being made there by Cruz supporters and in legion.

So now, Levin has decided who is and who isn’t a good American based on what kind of facebook posts they make to his personal page. Not only does Levin decide who is and isn’t a conservative based on his rules, he has now anointed himself to declare that the Republican party doesn’t THOSE kind of new members aka Trump supporters.

By reading the garbage, all he is doing is encouraging those posters and probably knows that’s what he’s doing. Poor Poor Mark - he seems to really relish the victim role he has created for himself and those who work for him.

I was wondering of what possible benefit it could be for him to be reading those comments.

That being said, it was a better show than his other recent ones.

“400,000 listeners to Mark Levin’s show signed up for LevinTV — these potential Cruz voters were not disclosed by Levin . . . developing . . . .

Could you show me where the article mentions $400,000 listeners signed up for Levin TV? I did not see it. But you put it in quotes, so it must be there.

I believe he’s taking William Bennett’s 0600 - 0900 show. That’s 0300-0600 here in Sacramento. Bennett will remain active on the radio and somewhat connected to the show. I think he will be doing a show on Saturdays. He’s missed a lot of his shows because of his other interests that will continue.

Ah sorry...the article had the dollar sign, your comment did not.

So there was no specific notation where 400,000 listeners had signed up?

I would be interested to know his number of subscribers.

Absolutely.

Levin truly has Trump Derangement Syndrome—and Levin has become a huge narcissist**...only he and his program has the truth—basically he said that...very elitist.

He has become nastier and nastier towards any caller who dares call with a different position...Screams at those callers...Very polite with those who agree with him.

Going on and on about Michelle Fields, Amy Carpenter, anti-Trump etc...First hour of program...

Levin starts program with Trump attack and goes on and on for over hour (I stopped after the first 1.25+ hours), yet Levin never ever has even the slightest comment or question about Cruz hyperbole like Cruz stating Trump went after his children which Trump never did...

So many opportunities to question Cruz never ever taken...Heck, this week Cruz even lied about his favorite food...not a huge deal, but seriously, who does that?...just so happens in Wisco, cheese is Cruz fav. food, but previous magazine articles state apple pie and beef enchiladas and Guinness Stout are his favorite foods...

So Wednesday nite show was just about the worst radio show I have ever heard. As I have driven cross country and listened to radio from coast to coast, I can say Levin show tonite was worse than shows by progressives...Sad because Levin used to impart information...now he is just a very biased Cruz hack.

**Narcissist
1. Excessive preoccupation with or admiration of oneself. See Synonyms at conceit.
2. A personality disorder characterized by self-preoccupation, need for admiration, lack of empathy, and unconscious deficits in self-esteem.

Then on to Beck defense...

I still tune in—sort of like a gaper looking at an accident.

I think Levin has jumped the shark...he is now just a smug egotistical fool.

What’s amusing is that his (Levin’s) ratings are still climbing across the board.

The guy has the third largest radio talk show in the country behind rush and Hannity.

This kind of nothing burger over KSFO reminds me of all the times that DU screams “This is HUGE...Rush is TOAST”...and he continues to increase his audience despite the predictions of his imminent demise.

If any advertising dollars are being lost...it’s at the local level...which has more to do with the local sales staff and the fact it’s in the Liberal hell hole of San Francisco. Loss of local advertising dollars has nothing to do with national advertising dollars.

If Mark was bleeding money for the Cumulus or West Wood One national sales staff...they wouldn’t have just re-upped him for another 9 years.

He’s one of the few money makers for that outfit these days.

Something to think about.
