A lawyer who represented the so-called “D.C. madam” says he has phone records that could influence the outcome of the presidential election, and he’s threatening to release one or more names on the steps of the U.S. Supreme Court if he’s denied a hearing on his right to distribute them.
Montgomery Blair Sibley, the late madam Deborah Palfrey’s colorful attorney, has been subject to a restraining order since 2007 barring him from releasing the information, which he says includes 815 names, addresses and Social Security numbers of Verizon Wireless customers.
“Time is of the essence because people are casting votes in primaries and caucuses,” he says. “I believe this information is relevant to that political discourse.”
Sibley first said the records could be relevant to the presidential race in January, when there were 15 high-profile candidates. Now, just three Republicans and two Democrats remain – though Sibley won’t say if any are implicated, citing fear of being jailed for contempt.
He would not say if he was surprised by a National Enquirer report last week that alleged Sen. Ted Cruz, R-Texas, had engaged in five extramarital affairs. Cruz, currently in second place in the GOP contest, vigorously denied the report on Friday, and in doing so uncapped mainstream media coverage.

If the records show that calls were made from Ted’s cell phone to purchase the services of an “escort” during times when he was in D.C... I don’t think it is going to look good.
But it’ll look so much better if it’s the Donald’s cell phone that was used to purchase the serives of an “escort”. I think that’s more likely.
Well obviously Cruz doesn’t have to pay for it either since you all have claimed that he has had so many “mistresses”.

I just googled him and he has an interesting past. He ran for President in 2012 and was in the birther movement against Obama.

Yeah, it has to be Cruz. It could be Kasich but he was single when he did all,the S&M stuff and/or threesomes with Condit, if the rumors are true. So I think if it was Kasich 18 years ago, it wouldn’t really hurt him — he was a wild son-of-a-mailman, and now he is a settled father.
Kasich wasn’t roommates with Gary Condit, but they were best buddies, definitely tomcatted around. They often ate lunch in the Congressional commissary or whatever it’s called, alone and laughing together. They were seen at some weird sex party in DC along with the speaker of the house, and people didn’t believe such a sick rumor at the time... Now we know that Condit was into threesomes with guys, and that Hastert (speaker then) was into little boys.
Condit had his whole body waxed and oiled and liked to wear chaps with no underwear. I sure as hell don’t want to see a photo of Kasich in chaps during this campaign...
But worst of all for Kasich is that when the walls were closing in on Condit and his alibi timetable was found to have lies in it*, Kasich retired from the house, left DC, got married and had twins in about 5 minutes flat. Which leads me to believe he knew SOMETHING about Chandra. He knows more than nothing, and has never said a word that I know of to police. That shows a certain kind of character. Since his catting around did happen when he was single, it’s not so horrible, but murder should not be one of the things best buddies keep as secrets. I bet they were into some pretty weird crap, and he didn’t want to lose any political viability because NO ONE likes to talk to cameras as much as Kasich. And as we see, he did not stay out of politics long.
*On September 10, 2001, we FReepers figured out the lies in Condit’s timeline of the week Chandra disappeared. It was going to come out publicly except an ugly beast called Mohammed Atta and his ugly pals the next morning made Condit the happiest man in America.
I wonder if Kasich was also a little bit happy.... I sure don’t want him as President.
Chandra had been doing an internship with the Bureau of Prisons. Condit was on an intelligence subcommittee. Chandra knew too much and talked too much.

Um, while I can see how it would crimp his chances and that’s a good thing, NO ONE WANTS TO SEE Kasich’s bits and his thighs in fringed leather. Shuddering!!
