In light of the fact that SS agent repeatedly told Fields to back off and she did not listen this woman is toast. This will somehow evaporate intot eh atmosphere never to be heard of again. this is ridiculous.
It is as if she is complaining Corey broke her nail and needs to pay. She sounds like an airhead valley girl. Hundreds of thousands of people are being burned alive, beheaded, crucified, raped, and brutalized and this woman is complaining about a bad hair day. Stupid!
You don’t understand how this works.
The prosecution has everything needed to establish the elements of misdemeanor battery under the statute.
If this goes to trial,Lewandowski can raise defense of others. That includes SS agent testimony.
However, it just doesn’t go away based upon your feelings, news reports, etc.
If it disappears before trial, the likely reasons for it are either Fields refusing to testify or Lewandowski cutting a plea to a summary offense instead of a misdemeanor.
