'Victory press conference was over. Why is she allowed to grab me and shout questions? Can I press charges?' Trump tweeted this afternoon.
The misdemeanor case stems from an incident involving Lewandowski and now-former Breitbart.com reporter Michelle Fields.
After Trump's March 8 press conference at the Trump National Golf Course in Jupiter, Fields walked alongside him to ask a question and later said Lewandowski grabbed and bruised her.
Jupiter Police released surveillance footage on Tuesday giving the public an eagle-eye view of the incident where the grab at Fields is clear.
But speaking on condition of anonymity, a member of Trump’s Secret Service detail told DailyMail.com on Tuesday that Fields touched Trump twice – and was warned by agents to stop – before Lewandowski pulled her away.
'She crossed in between agents and our protectee after being told not to,' said the agent, who was present that night in Jupiter.
The aerial footage from inside the country club ballroom, which is a series of still photographs taken at steady intervals, doesn't capture Fields making contact with Trump. But it shows him apparently pulling his arm away from her.

I’m reading the Daily Mail account and it says there’s a photo of Lewandowski grabbing some guy’s collar at another rally. I’m telling you folks, this whole thing is an attempt to intimidate Mr. Trump’s security people from stopping potential assassins. It also will cost the campaign money in defending their people, so it’s a nasty way of putting everyone in danger and then giving them sleepless nights as the false prosecution goes after them. The security people will have to think twice as to whether someone will sue them for some false reason - they won’t step up at the right moment to protect their candidate - someone could get hurt. May I express my contempt for the false reports and this attempt to take down the campaign of Mr. Trump.

Was waiting for one of the agents to speak up. And yes Donald can press charges too, but why give the twit more attention.
Don’t forget they released a young radical who is bragging about how he bull rushed Trump and tried to take him down. Somehow Trump caused that.

Pay closer attention...his chief aide is being charged on her complaint of doing that same thing...Trump is merely pointing out the hypocricy of the similar situations.
Thanks for pointing out that this jackass bully has a history of committing battery. He has no legal authority/right to grab anyone. The secret service were all around, and that is their job. They have that authority.
Right, the one where just moments before, the guy with the collar was interfering with a girl rally attendant just moments before. Yeah, that part the MSM keep forgetting to show.
Surprised the Secret Service didn’t take her down, it looks like an injection pen. I am sure it is just a fat writing pen but to approach someone under protection in an area you are not supposed to be, after being warned away...just wow. I am sure if I did that I would be taken down by the Secret Service.
She has a lot of nerve pushing this, no harm came to her and no harm was intended to her. If she thinks she was assaulted then she did in fact assault Trump as well.
