Remember the kerfluffle Romney caused with his plan to tear down the La Jolla beach house that he bought from the Cliff Robertson estate. Romney and his wife p.o.’d the neighbors with his plan to tear down the nice old house and put in a new house with car elevators? The Romneys went ahead and did it. Then they flipped the property and left town. Romney is despised in La Jolla.
So...It’s definitely more than 47% that would never vote for him.
