All show and no fight is like Muhamad Ali being all butterfly and no bee sting. - you can't build in major cities unless you know how to be diplomatic and tough at the same time. You people really are equating an appearance or not at a debate or town hall with being brave?
It is a classic campaign tactic for the front runner to limit debates like this. And it is the classic line of the loser to claim the other side is "chicken".
