Federal prosecutors investigating the possible mishandling of classified materials on Hillary Clinton’s private email server have begun the process of setting up formal interviews with some of her longtime and closest aides, according to two people familiar with the probe, an indication that the inquiry is moving into its final phases.
Those interviews and the final review of the case, however, could still take many weeks, all but guaranteeing that the investigation will continue to dog Clinton’s presidential campaign through most, if not all, of the remaining presidential primaries.
No dates have been set for questioning the advisors, but a federal prosecutor in recent weeks has called their lawyers to alert them that he would soon be doing so, the sources said. Prosecutors also are expected to seek an interview with Clinton herself, though the timing remains unclear.

Yep, run the investigation through the election; if she gets elected, then she will have everything sealed, destroyed, will be charge of the DOJ. Nothing will happen to Hillary. This is another dog and pony show.

It is Comey and senior FBI officials who should be arrested and charged with giving aid and comfort to the enemy for not arresting HilLIARy for treason herself.
I’m pretty confident that the FBI can get the investigation wrapped up and turned over to Justice no later than 50 years from now. This could spoil Hillary’s 125’th birthday celebration.

I understand your frustration, but FBI does not arrest without a warrant. That comes from a Grand Jury True Bill, an indictment. That’s where we will be in about 6-12 weeks.
It’s better that this takes longer. Let her become the presumptive candidate, even the nominated one,,,, then it’s time for slammerama.
Remember, he booking picture, numbers and all, will be public record. :)

If Hilly thinks this is going to be anything like her appearance before the Benghazi Committee, she’s in for a shock. I’ve been privy to seeing how “interviews” work (not on a Fed level which I would imagine is far worse) & if those doing the interviewing are anywhere near as good as what I’ve seen, she better triple up her Depends.
Violating some rule about handling classified information is meaningless in this context.
Tax evasion, bribery, money laundering, racketeering and conspiracy - those are NOT meaningless.
It is pretty obvious from what information about Hillary’s emails that has been released that she kept highly classified information on a makeshift server in someone’ s bathroom all in serious violation of the law. Others have been quickly prosecuted for doing this. The FBI is doing due diligence to establish that these crimes occurred and who was ultimately responsible. However it is obvious that Hillary either ordered the creation of this makeshift server or certainly was aware she was using it. Either of these would make her unfit to be President. Using the Clinton political Teflon she will not be prosecuted for these serious crimes, but the details of the FBI report will leak before the election. Almost 60% of the public already doesn’t trust her so in the wake of these revelations how would a majority of the American people vote for her?
Fed interviews are horribly slow and methodical.
I was once interviewed just to ensure, although I was 70 miles away at a USAR meeting when a bank robbery went down, that I was NOT a witness.
A deposit had been made to my account time stand amped at the time of the robbery, (my secretary made it), they wanted to ensure I wasn’t going to be a surprise witness later on. They still spent three cups of coffee with me.
As I’ve told many people, if I took a TS doc and put it on an unsecured/unclassified system in my house I’d be in Leavenworth waiting for “enhanced interrogation”. Right now - not in 8 months. That would be MY expectation (but I’m not a Clinton - thank God).

Also, the emails can go very wrong for her is they can even allege that because of a loose email, some CIA Field Officer, or even a contract 3d party national was killed.
