There is also the issue of hypocrisy. Trump never claimed to be morally upstanding on sexual matters, whereas that has been a centerpiece of Cruz’ campaign, with his focus on evangelicals, etc.
I hate hearing the slime too, but all in all, I’d rather know it than not, if for no other reason than, once it is out, it gives one less area on which a politician can be blackmailed in the future.
Good point. For example, I have wondered about A. Merkel’s reasons for destroying Germany. Is she insane, a closet Muslim, or is she being blackmailed? Maybe somebody has photos of her at an orgy or a Satanic human scarifice.
That is true...given Ted’s campaign it’s a bit hypocritical. I also am nervous about another political power couple, who stay together to amass influence. At least we never have to worry about Melania’s political aspirations lol
