Crime, drugs, graffiti, break-ins, all KINDS of wonderful vibrancy will result. The decent people will be forced to move. The neighborhood will go downhill and turn into a dump. My brother had a Property Manager take care of his house while he was on duty oversea. The scummy P/M rented to a section 8 tenant [unmarried with three whelps and another on the way] who practically destroyed the house within less than six months [yes, they were Amish]. It took almost another 9 months to pry them out of there. I got a call from a teacher at the local school wondering if I knew were the family had gone and how upset they were at the school because the Section 8 urchins were the only “minorities we had”
