Actually, many women will not vote for Hilda, because Hilda IS a woman (supposedly it is anyway).
The point is, these revelations about Cruz reveal he’s a fraud. The whole reason people have been supporting Cruz over Trump is because he has been touted as a true, genuine, committed, conservative, as opposed to Trump, who is supposedly a fake conservative. If Cruz is revealed to be a phony in his false portrayal of himself as a devoted, moral family man, that what does that tell us of his self-portrayal as a devout Constitutional Conservative?
This just demonstrates what many around here have been saying about Cruz. He’s a manipulative phony. What you see is not what you get. It’s all an act. The adultery is more important in revealing that side of his nature, than anything else.
You are correct. This one has needed to get to issues. The only comfort comes when the nominee is named and all this becomes a whew glad that is over memorym
The difference is-—which you know-—Trump never ran as St. Donald from Queens. But Cruz did: St. Ted of Calgary.
Trump is not pretending to be pure as the driven snow. Unlike ambulance chasing cruze, trump is not doing the “I pray louder than you” show.
The electorate already knows Trump is a pig towards women but they won’t forgive a holy roller with the same, or worse, tendencies.
I don’t care for Trump, or Cruz. But Trump has never denied what he was, and what he is. Everyone knows that he messed around.
If Cruz did this it goes against who he said he was.
I think it is not a double standard more than it is a sense of honesty.
I really doubt there is much with which you could tar and feather Trump.
