Trump and Cruz will control the vast majority of delegates and, as such, any rule changes will have to be agreed on by the Trump and Cruz delegates prior to going into the convention or so Reince Priebus says in a recent interview with Sean Hannity.

They claim the no 8 state rule already was for just 2012. Rush nailed rule 40 on the head.

Trump and Cruz need to mend this fast or the GOP gives it to Hillary and suicides itself.

Trump is the one complaining about the historic (160-year-old) rule saying it is MANDATORY to win a majority (1,237) of the delegates. He’s the one demanding rules changes, belittling “majority” by calling it a “random number.”

“Change or there will be riots” he says. WHY? He wants the CINO* minority to dictate to the Constitutional Conservatives, the majority.

*CINO = Conservatives In Name Only”

"Trump and Cruz will control the vast majority of delegates and, as such, any rule changes will have to be agreed on by the Trump and Cruz delegates prior to going into the convention."

And in order for the rules to be changed, the delegates (more accurately, a majority of delegates) will have to ratify the rules changes.

The problem for Trump is that his campaign is organizationally deficient, they have in many cases failed to even put together slates for the primaries, so that "Trump delegates" elected are in fact not necessarily pledged past the first ballot to Trump , are not loyal to Trump, because there were no Trump delegate-designees available, and thus were elected by default.

If Trump doesn't win on the first ballot, he will not win at all.
