Obama’s only interest in terrorist attacks is that they’re still going on.
Any “attempts” he makes to stop ISIS is simply for show. The offences are slow and ineffectual, which is by design. He has to look like he’s after them, but it’s only to by time. ISIS can regroup and expand with ease while Obama pretends to attack, which is the plan all along. The minimal effort keeps critics off of his back and allows ISIS to continue.
To think differently is naive.
