I hope someone is maintaining a list of the colleges and universities where this kind of crap has become prevalent. As a hiring manager, it would be nice to know what schools I should ignore alumni from, and the number of schools is increasing fast enough I am sure I’ve missed more than a few.
If I had the ability and time, I’d create a “snowflake” website that would list the names and schools of these too-fragile-for-real-life students. It would be a valuable resource for employers. What employer would want to hire someone who not only is easily afraid or offended, but also wants (demands) action taken?
Don’t worry...the University has already called in crisis counselors! Thank goodness.
